1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials (managed by our platform provider). Purchase information: your orders and billing details, processed by Stripe or PayPal; full card numbers never reach us. Learning activity: lessons viewed, progress, and any comments or questions you post. Communications: emails you send us and replies to our messages. Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookies.
3. How we use it
To deliver the courses and member area you signed up for. To process payments and send receipts. To answer your questions and provide support, including replies from instructors inside lessons. To send you content you requested, plus related lessons and offers by email; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time. To improve the site and courses. To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse. To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the courses you purchased or requested); your consent for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests in improving and securing the service; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf: Kajabi (website hosting, course delivery, and email), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), Google (business email and support), and Cloudflare (hosting of the interactive System Map). Each provider processes personal data under its own security commitments and our agreements with them. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International transfers
We operate from Japan, which the European Commission recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some of our providers process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Legal record-keeping rules (for example tax law) may require us to keep some records longer. Marketing stops when you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy of data you provided, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

第2条(取得する情報)
アカウント情報(氏名、メールアドレス、ログイン情報)、購入情報(注文内容。決済は Stripe 社または PayPal 社が処理し、カード番号の全桁が当社に届くことはありません)、学習履歴(視聴したレッスン、進捗、投稿したコメントや質問)、当社との連絡内容、および技術情報(IPアドレス、ブラウザや端末の情報、Cookie)を取得します。
第3条(利用目的)
取得した個人情報は、次の目的で利用します。(1) 講座および会員ページの提供、(2) 決済処理と領収書等の送付、(3) お問い合わせへの対応およびレッスン内での講師からの回答、(4) ご請求いただいたコンテンツや関連するレッスン・ご案内のメール配信(すべての配信メールに配信停止リンクがあり、いつでも停止できます)、(5) サイトおよび講座の改善、(6) 不正利用の防止とセキュリティの確保、(7) 税務・会計その他法令上の義務の履行。
第4条(第三者提供と委託)
法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。業務の遂行に必要な範囲で、次の事業者に取扱いを委託しています: Kajabi(サイト運営・講座配信・メール配信)、Stripe・PayPal(決済)、Google(業務用メール・サポート)、Cloudflare(システムマップのホスティング)。個人情報を販売することはありません。
第5条(外国にある第三者への提供)
上記の委託先には、米国等の外国で個人データを取り扱う事業者が含まれます。各委託先との契約および各社の安全管理体制により、適切な保護措置を講じています。
