1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to
MANA Inc. (MANA株式会社), Ebisunishi 2-4-8, Wind Ebisu Bldg. 8F, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan 150-0021, operates manajj.com and the MANA JJ online courses. By creating an account, requesting a free chapter, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Commercial Disclosure (特定商取引法).
2. Your account
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Your account and course access are personal to you: do not share credentials or let others use your access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your license to the content
When you purchase or receive access to a course, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to stream and view the content for your own training. All content, including videos, the System Map, text, and images, remains the property of MANA Inc. and its instructors. You may not download (except where a download function is provided), copy, record, redistribute, re-upload, resell, publicly screen, or translate the content, and you may not use it to create your own courses or teaching materials.
4. Purchases, access, and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. Digital content is available immediately after payment. One-time purchases include lifetime access, meaning the lifetime of the course: access for as long as we operate it, with at least 90 days notice if we ever retire a course. Prices include Japanese consumption tax where applicable; local taxes such as VAT may apply and be shown at checkout depending on your country.
5. Our 14-day refund promise
If a course is not for you, email [email protected] from your purchase email address within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. No reason needed. After a refund, course access is removed. This promise is voluntary and sits alongside any statutory rights you have, including the 14-day withdrawal right of EU and UK consumers; buying gives you immediate access, and our refund promise applies regardless. We may decline refunds where the policy is being abused, for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Training safety, assumption of risk, and disclaimer
Jiu jitsu is a demanding physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. Our content is instructional information, not personal coaching, medical advice, or a substitute for qualified in-person instruction. Train only under appropriate supervision, with suitable partners and equipment, and consult a physician before starting any training program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, and you train at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MANA Inc. and its instructors are not liable for injuries or losses arising from your training. We make no guarantee of specific results.
7. Comments and community conduct
Lesson comments exist so you can ask questions and get answers. Be respectful. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or spam. We may moderate or remove content and may restrict accounts that violate these rules.
8. Prohibited use
Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or payment, scrape or bulk-download the site or content, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, in particular redistribution of content or account sharing. For serious and deliberate breach, we may terminate without refund to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the service at any time; our refund promise in section 5 is unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update the courses, the service, and these Terms. If we make significant changes to these Terms we will post them here with a new effective date and notify you by email or a notice on the site. The commercial terms that applied when you purchased continue to govern that purchase.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for our own intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or affects rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived, including under Japan's Consumer Contract Act and EU or UK consumer law.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the agreed court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Commercial Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and MANA Inc. regarding the service. Questions: [email protected].

第1条(適用)
本規約は、MANA株式会社(英文表記: MANA Inc.、所在地: 〒150-0021 東京都渋谷区恵比寿西二丁目4番8号 ウィンド恵比寿ビル8F)が運営する manajj.com および MANA JJ のオンライン講座の利用条件を定めるものです。アカウントの作成、無料チャプターの請求、または講座の購入をもって、本規約、プライバシーポリシーおよび特定商取引法に基づく表記に同意したものとみなします。
第2条(アカウント)
登録情報は正確に保ち、ログイン情報は厳重に管理してください。アカウントおよび講座へのアクセス権はご本人限りのものであり、第三者との共有はできません。アカウント上の行為はご本人の責任となります。
第3条(コンテンツの利用許諾)
講座の購入またはアクセス権の付与により、お客様は、ご自身のトレーニングのためにコンテンツを視聴する、個人的、非商業的かつ譲渡不能な利用権を取得します。動画、システムマップ、テキスト、画像を含むすべてのコンテンツの権利は、当社および講師に帰属します。ダウンロード(ダウンロード機能が提供されている場合を除く)、複製、録画、再配布、再アップロード、転売、公衆への上映、翻訳、およびコンテンツを利用した教材や講座の作成はできません。
第4条(購入・アクセス・税)
価格は購入画面に表示されます。デジタルコンテンツは決済完了後すぐに利用できます。買い切り講座には「ライフタイムアクセス」が含まれます。これは講座のライフタイム、すなわち当社が当該講座を提供する限り継続して視聴できることを意味します。講座の提供を終了する場合は、少なくとも90日前に通知します。表示価格には適用される日本の消費税が含まれます。お住まいの国によっては、VAT等の税が購入画面で加算される場合があります。
第5条(14日間返金保証)
講座がご自身に合わないと感じた場合は、購入から14日以内に、購入時のメールアドレスから [email protected] までご連絡ください。理由を問わず、お支払いいただいた全額を返金します。返金後、講座へのアクセスは終了します。本保証は当社が任意に提供するものであり、EUおよび英国の消費者が有する14日間の撤回権を含む法令上の権利に加えて適用されます。購入により直ちにアクセスが提供されますが、本保証はそれにかかわらず適用されます。繰り返しの購入と返金など本保証の濫用と認められる場合は、法令の許す範囲で返金をお断りすることがあります。
第6条(トレーニングの安全と免責)
柔術は身体への負荷が大きく、けがの危険を伴う運動です。当社のコンテンツは指導情報の提供であり、個別のコーチング、医療上の助言、または対面での指導に代わるものではありません。適切な指導者の監督のもと、適切なパートナーと設備でトレーニングを行い、トレーニングを開始する前に、特に持病やけががある場合は、医師にご相談ください。学んだ内容の実践はご自身の責任と危険負担において行うものとします。法令の許す最大限の範囲で、当社および講師は、お客様のトレーニングに起因するけがや損害について責任を負いません。特定の成果を保証するものではありません。
第7条(コメントとコミュニティ)
レッスンのコメント欄は、質問と回答のための場です。他の利用者と講師に敬意をもってご利用ください。違法な内容、誹謗中傷、権利侵害、スパムの投稿はできません。当社は、投稿の管理・削除、および規約違反のあるアカウントの利用制限を行うことがあります。
第8条(禁止事項)
アクセス制御や決済の回避、サイトやコンテンツのスクレイピングおよび一括取得、サービスの妨害、なりすまし、その他違法な目的での利用を禁止します。
第9条(利用停止・解除)
本規約への重大な違反、特にコンテンツの再配布やアカウントの共有があった場合、当社はアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。重大かつ故意の違反の場合、法令の許す範囲で、返金なしに終了することがあります。お客様はいつでも利用をやめることができ、第5条の返金保証には影響しません。
第10条(変更)
当社は、講座、サービスおよび本規約を変更することがあります。本規約の重要な変更は、新しい制定日とともに本ページに掲載し、メールまたはサイト上の通知でお知らせします。購入時に適用されていた取引条件は、当該購入について引き続き適用されます。
第11条(責任の制限)
法令の許す範囲で、本サービスに関する当社の責任の総額は、対象となる商品についてお客様が当社に支払った金額を上限とし、間接損害および派生的損害については責任を負いません。ただし、当社の故意または重過失による損害、および消費者契約法その他の強行法規によりお客様に認められる権利は、本条によって制限されません。
第12条(準拠法・管轄)
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、お客様の居住国の強行的な消費者保護規定が別段の定めをする場合はこの限りではありません。
第13条(雑則)
本規約のいずれかの条項が無効とされた場合でも、その他の条項は有効に存続します。本規約は、プライバシーポリシーおよび特定商取引法に基づく表記とあわせて、本サービスに関するお客様と当社との合意の全部を構成します。お問い合わせ: [email protected]
